Clark Wu is an experienced business and regulatory attorney who takes a holistic, responsive, and strategy-focused approach to client relations. His clientele spans across a wide spectrum of industries, ranging from cannabis and emerging markets to tech startups, healthcare, defense contracting, real estate, private equity, construction, media, and everything in between.
Whether he is dealing with a new business venture or a large institutional client, Clark dedicates the time necessary to understanding his clients’ businesses, helping them strategically scale and grow even when market conditions are uncertain. He has worked on a wide range of deals and collaboratives, both domestically and cross-border, and is no stranger to formulating innovative solutions to get the deal done.
Clark also serves as a trusted outside counsel to businesses, advising clients on asset protection, capital raises, regulatory compliance, debt financing, branding, corporate structuring, management disputes, employment issues, and other related matters. In this capacity, he collaborates with the business and in-house counsel to minimize risk and reduce exposure to business assets, while managing costs, including during ownership disputes, special investigations, and when negotiating with government agencies.
