Katie S. Warren
Associate
Katie Warren is an associate attorney at Brueckner Spitler Shelts. She assists the firm’s clients with a variety of litigation and transaction matters ranging from business law, real estate law, and employment law. As an attorney, Katie enjoys the challenges and variety of work that every day brings. Through her work, Katie focuses on developing client relationships to provide tailored legal services to meet each client’s individual needs. Prior to joining Brueckner Spitler Shelts, Katie worked at cannabis law firm where she assisted her cannabis clients with a wide range of corporate law matters.
Katie completed her JD at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. During law school, Katie served as the Technology Editor for the Sports and Entertainment Law Journal and was a Teaching Assistant for Professional Responsibility. In her free time, Katie enjoys playing and watching sports, listening to music, and hanging with her dog, Ghost.
