Tiffany J. Trakas

Legal Intake Specialist

Tiffany serves as a Legal Intake Specialist with over seven years of experience in the legal field, specializing in supporting the estate planning and real estate team. Her career began with the firm as an Administrative Assistant and then advanced to Business Administrator. These positions provided her with invaluable exposure to the back end of billing and accounting while allowing her to work closely with clients, honing her communication and organizational skills. This hands-on experience laid the foundation for her seamless transition into a full-time legal assistant role. Today, she leverages her diverse skill set to ensure a smooth and efficient intake process, helping clients navigate their legal needs with care and professionalism.

Born and raised in the northwest suburbs of Chicago, Tiffany grew up with a deep connection to law enforcement and the military, having family members in the field. This inspired her to join the local Police Department’s Junior Explorer program throughout her four years of high school, fueling her interest in police work. After high school, she pursued a degree in criminal justice, further building on her passion for service and the community.

However, after some time, Tiffany discovered her true calling was in the animal care field. She went back to school to become a Veterinary Technician, and shortly after, she and her husband made the move to Arizona, drawn by its incredible weather and pet-friendly environment. As a proud rescue mom, Tiffany wanted to settle in a place that would support her love for animals and foster her growing community involvement.

Once they planted their roots in Arizona, Tiffany became an active member of Women of Steel at C2 Tactical, where she helps with marketing and promotions. Her work within this organization allows her to use her skills to contribute to a community that aligns with her interests and values.

Tiffany dedicates her time volunteering with Sky Sanctuary, a local nonprofit animal rescue, and was featured in the August 2024 issue of Green Living Magazine for her contributions. Alongside her animal rescue efforts, she’s a dedicated volunteer at Saint Gabriel Archangel Catholic Church, where she offers her time to various church events. Her experience in both animal care and community service has shaped her deep commitment to making the world a better place for both people and animals.

When Tiffany is not working, she loves horseback riding, thrifting, and spending quality time with family, friends, her beloved fur babies, and most importantly, her niece and nephew.
